Sensing morphogenesis of bone cells under microfluidic shear stress by holographic microscopy and automatic aberration compensation with deep learning

چکیده
We propose a method to compensate the aberrations of digital holographic microscopy based on multiple regression convolutional neural network. The experimental verification is carried out by measuring morphological change living cells under micro-Fluidic Shear Stress.
